What data is collected and how do we collect it?
We may collect personal data from you using questionnaires and forms on the Site, during your orders or our discussions. We may also collect data during your navigation on the Site. When we collect data, we mark required fields with an asterisk. Failure to complete fields marked with an asterisk may impact our ability to offer you products and services. The categories of personal data that MAJU may collect and process are as follows: The information you provide to us:- Creation and management of the customer account: e-mail, password;

- Nutritional assessment and nutritional programs: the information you choose to provide to us to generate your nutritional assessment and program (first name, objectives, date of birth, height, weight, information on your sports practice, your sleep and your eating habits);

- Purchasing and order management: information relating to the order, proof of payment, purchase history. The bank payment information provided during the order is communicated in encrypted mode to a payment provider who consults the bank servers in order to avoid abuse and fraud and gives MAJU payment authorization. MAJU only receives a confirmation indicating whether or not the payment has been completed. We therefore do not have access to your bank payment information.
- Online browsing: data collected by cookies or similar technologies (IP addresses, logs, terminal identifiers, connection identifiers, timestamp information, etc.). Why are your data processed and on what basis? (purpose and legal basis of the processing)
The data is processed for the following purposes:- Customer account and order management: data relating to your customer account and orders is collected to allow us to manage your account, your preferences, fulfill and track your orders and deliver the ordered products to you. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract you have entered into with us;

- Transmission of nutritional recommendations: contact data is processed in order to send you our nutritional information and recommendations. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract (providing you with the service you have requested);
- Technical navigation data: data is collected in order to manage the operation of the Site and access to the different areas of the Site. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Site;
- Contact and exchanges within the framework of an order: your data is processed to allow us to interact with you and respond to your requests for information, questions or complaints. To generate personalized content (nutritional assessment and programs), your individualized profile is created using our algorithm, without human intervention. The information you provide on the Site's forms to generate personalized content is subject to automated processing via our algorithm in order to create your profile. The sole purpose of this profiling is to establish your nutritional assessment and program and generate nutritional recommendations. The data collected and the profiles generated are not used to make automated decisions that could have legal effects on you. We only carry out this processing with your consent for this specific purpose. You must consent to the information provided being subject to automated processing to generate your profile. The data is only processed by MAJU and our trusted service providers, within the limits of their responsibilities:- IT service providers, who may require access to customer account and browsing data to perform their tasks.

Verified Reviews will use Consumer Personal Data solely within the framework of its Solution and for the sole purposes thereof. The data retention periods are as follows.- The following data is not kept by MAJU:
